Shipping & delivery

Please notice that you need pre-schedule the pick-up time by email (contact@veija.fi) if you want choose "No Need Shipment/Pick Up" as the shipment option. 

Our webstore ships internationally. Domestical shipment will be sent via DB Schenker pick-up point in Finland or DHL to other countries, and the shipping cost will be added separately. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days after the order confirmation, excluding official holidays and weekends. (Please Notice! Some items which need to be re-ordered from vendors may take longer time.)

The estimated delivery time inside of Finland is 2–5 business day, to the Nordic countries is 4–8 working days, other EU countries 5–11 working days, and the rest of the world 7–21 working days. The package will be delivered to a local post office or in some countries the package will be delivered directly to you.

Please notice that we don't take any responsibility with the customs clearance, duties and taxes which are possibly happening in destination countries/areas. 

Item Packing

We committed to environmental protection, so for environmental-friendly purpose, your order will be shipped in either re-used package or eco-material package.

Delivery charges:

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the inventory location, delivery method, your delivery address and weight of your ordered products.

1) Finland 5.5 EUR as a standard freight deliver with DB Schenker pick-up point service, free shipping on order over 50€. Home delivery cost will be 10 EUR.
2) If you are located in Germany, the delivery cost starts from 8 EUR, and other EU countries start from 12 EUR based on the weight of your ordered items, free shipping on order over 150€.
3) Deliver to rest of the world starts from 18 EUR based on your location and weight of your ordered items.
